Clarins Reports a Decline In Second Quarter Sales

Clarins reported that its second quarter sales dropped 2.9% to $210.5 million. The company’s consolidated net sales for the first half of 2002 rose 2.8% to $435 million. By region, first half consolidated sales increased 6.1% to $275.3 million in Europe, rose 1.3% to $102.5 million in North America and decreased 3.9% to $34.6 million in Asia....
